Product Overview

The CLF-DC-160W is built around an ultra wide DC output window of 200V to 1000V. Conventional 200V to 750V chargers clip at the top of the range and cannot serve 800V architecture vehicles at full power; this unit maintains regulated output across the whole window, so mainstream passenger cars, high voltage premium models, light commercial EVs and city buses all charge on the same dispenser without a voltage derating negotiation.

The same output window also makes the cabinet usable as a DC fast charging interface for stationary energy storage systems. Containerised battery storage and industrial BESS cabinets commonly present a 600V to 900V DC bus, which sits inside this charger output range, so operators can use one standard product line for vehicle charging and for storage system charging or balancing duty.

Selection Note

When the unit is ordered for storage system charging, declare the target DC bus voltage and the required charging current at quotation stage. The output curve, connector type and communication mapping are configured at factory, so no field firmware change is needed after delivery.
