Product Description
MOBILE EV CHARGER · 30kW / 26kWh
Mobile EV Charger 30kW 26kWh Wheeled Emergency Roadside Rescue Unit CCS1 CCS2 CHAdeMO GBT Tesla
Wheeled energy storage based mobile charging unit for roadside rescue, temporary sites and weak grid locations. Grid tied and off grid operation, five mainstream connector standards, liquid cooled thermal management, OCPP 1.6J ready.

Product Overview

The MEC-30-26 is a 30kW mobile EV charger built on a 26kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack, mounted in a wheeled cabinet that can be pushed to a breakdown site or loaded into a rescue van. It delivers DC fast charging without grid capacity expansion, civil construction or trenching, so operators can start service in days instead of months.

During off peak hours the unit recharges from a low tariff AC supply; during peak periods it discharges to charge EVs, creating a genuine tariff arbitrage margin. For rescue fleets the mobile design replaces flatbed towing for many low state of charge cases, cutting dispatch cost and vehicle downtime.

Key Features

Zero Infrastructure Deployment
No grid capacity expansion, no civil construction and no cable trenching. The unit works grid tied or fully off grid, so a temporary charging point can be commissioned within days at sites where the local grid cannot support a fixed charger.
Peak Valley Tariff Arbitrage
Stores energy during low tariff off peak windows and discharges to charge EVs during high tariff peak windows, turning electricity price spreads into operating margin for the site operator.
Purpose Built For Roadside Rescue
The wheeled mobile cabinet deploys rapidly to breakdown sites and replenishes enough range for most low state of charge cases, reducing reliance on flatbed towing and lowering rescue cost per dispatch.
Precision Liquid Cooling Loop
A liquid cooling thermal management system holds cells at optimal operating temperature under continuous high load charge and discharge cycles, which slows degradation and lowers total cost of ownership across the service life.
Five Connector Standards
CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GBT and Tesla are all supported, so the unit can serve any vehicle encountered during rescue without carrying extra adapters and without aborting a job on connector mismatch.
Three Intelligent Charging Modes
Fixed power, fixed energy amount and fixed time modes align with fleet scheduling, time of use tariffs and emergency replenishment strategy, giving B end customers refined control over every dispatch.
OCPP 1.6J Platform Ready
Native OCPP 1.6J compliance allows integration into a unified energy storage and charging management platform for battery status monitoring, dispatch ordering and revenue statistics across distributed sites.
Extra Long Seven Meter Cable
The 7 meter charging cable combined with the movable cabinet allows connection in narrow parking lots, accident scenes and other complex environments without repositioning the vehicle.
IP54 Outdoor Operation
IP54 ingress protection and an operating range of -10 C to 60 C allow the unit to work in open outdoor conditions without extra rain shelters or sunshades, further reducing temporary deployment cost and lead time.
Compact 30kW 26kWh Configuration
The smallest model in the range balances upfront investment against replenishment capacity, ideal for urban rescue fleets with short dispatch radius and frequent short top ups.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is your delivery time?
For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days. For DC charging posts, the prototype time is usually 15 days. For high power fast charging stations, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
How to guarantee the service?
Our products are divided into two categories: household and commercial. For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial. For commercial chargers, we provide both standardized services and payment software docking services for operating companies.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
The charging post products we sell have passed GB certification in China and CE certification in EU. For some other countries, the relevant certifications are in progress.
