Designed for projects that cannot assume a mild climate or a clean indoor bay. The cabinet carries an IP55 protection rating and operates from -40°C to +60°C, so the same platform serves cold storage yards, coastal parking structures and hot inland highway sites. TUV, CE and FCC certification lets the unit move into export projects without re-testing, and the OEM/ODM program covers everything from enclosure branding to connector mix and CMS configuration.

One cabinet platform covers six power steps, so a single spare parts inventory and a single operating interface serve an entire charging network.
| Rated Output Power | Typical Deployment | Charging Behaviour |
|---|---|---|
| 60kW | Destination charging at hotels, offices and retail parking | Overnight and dwell time sessions for passenger EVs |
| 120kW | Public parking lots and municipal charging bays | 30 to 60 minute top-up sessions during daytime parking |
| 160kW | Taxi ranks, ride hailing hubs and small fleet depots | Shift change rotation with quick turnaround per vehicle |
| 180kW | Highway service area entry bays and logistics parks | Corridor top-up for long distance passenger and light commercial EVs |
| 240kW | Busy public hubs and mixed fleet depots | High throughput daytime operation with short queue cycles |
| 320kW | High power corridor sites and heavy duty fleet yards | Fast turnaround for large battery packs and commercial vehicles |
Because the output voltage window reaches DC1000V, the same station serves 400V architecture cars and 800V architecture vehicles without a hardware change.
Temperature is the most common reason a fielded charger loses availability. The enclosure, the air cooling path and the component selection are specified as one system rather than as separate parts, so the station keeps working at both ends of the ambient range.
Six independent protection functions run continuously during a charging session. Each one trips locally, so a fault is contained at the station instead of propagating to the vehicle or to the upstream distribution board.
All protection events are reported over OCPP 1.6J, so the operator sees the fault code in the CMS rather than learning about it from the driver.
Different markets authorize charging in different ways. Five start modes are supported on the same unit, and the operator can enable or disable each one from the backend.
The station speaks OCPP 1.6J and offers three physical network options, so integration does not depend on one carrier or one site layout. OCPP 1.6J provides the CMS connection path for roaming, remote start and stop, tariff profiles and firmware upgrade. A 4G link covers sites without fixed-line access, Ethernet suits depots and buildings with existing network cabling, and WiFi covers indoor parking and temporary installations.
Driver-facing status, pricing and instructions are shown on the 10 inch high-brightness color screen, which stays readable in direct sunlight and reduces the number of driver support calls during the first weeks of a new site.
Private label programs are handled at the engineering level, not as a sticker on a standard unit. Branding covers enclosure color, logo placement, nameplate and screen boot logo. The connector mix is fixed at the time of order from CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and GB/T DC, so the cabinet matches the target market instead of relying on an adapter.
Power rating, user interface language, OCPP endpoint and CMS pairing, and neutral or branded export packing are all selectable. The electrical architecture, protection set and safety clearances remain fixed, because they carry the TUV, CE and FCC certification and any change there would require re-testing.
Most installation delays come from site preparation rather than from the charger. Confirming six items before the cabinet ships keeps the commissioning schedule predictable:
Send the site layout with these six items and the engineering team can return a placement drawing together with the electrical interface schedule.
Charging revenue depends on uptime. A charger that derates in summer heat or fails to start below freezing erodes both driver trust and site utilization. The IP55 enclosure, air cooling path and -40°C to +60°C rating are specified so the station keeps delivering full 250A output across the operating window rather than throttling at the edges of it.
Every unit is tested before shipment and covered by TUV, CE and FCC certification. OEM and ODM programs are available: enclosure branding, connector configuration, power module rating, language packs and CMS/OCPP integration can all be tailored to your project specification.
TUV provides independent safety and performance verification accepted by European project owners, CE is the conformity marking required for placement on the EU market, and FCC covers electromagnetic compliance for the North American market. Project documentation can be prepared for tender submission when the end customer requires it.
Yes. CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and GB/T DC connectors can be combined on the same cabinet, and the mix is fixed at the time of order.
The cabinet is rated for -40°C to +60°C and uses air cooling with a sealed IP55 enclosure, so electronics stay inside their operating limits at both ends of the range.
The unit runs OCPP 1.6J, which is supported by most commercial charging management platforms. Provide your endpoint details and it is paired before shipment.
60kW, 120kW, 160kW, 180kW, 240kW and 320kW come from the same platform family, which keeps spares and operator training common across a network.
Branding, enclosure color, language package and connector mix are defined at order stage, then a sample unit is confirmed before the production batch is released.
Send us your site power capacity, daily charging demand and target corridor, and our engineering team will return a complete configuration proposal with quotation, layout drawing and delivery schedule within 24 hours.
