This mobile energy storage DC fast charger combines a 65kWh battery pack with a 60kW rated, 80kW maximum output stage in a 577 x 925 x 1050mm mobile enclosure. The liquid cooled platform holds DC 200-750V and 0-150A output, serves CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T and Tesla vehicles from one charging gun, and is operated through a 7 inch touch screen with OCPP 1.6J connectivity. Because the energy is carried on board, the unit can be rolled into a service area, parking lot or roadside position and start charging without trenching, transformer upgrades or other civil works.

The mobile energy storage charger is deployed where high power charging demand appears before fixed infrastructure is available.
| Application | How the unit is used |
|---|---|
| Highway service areas | Adds high power charging capacity during peak travel periods, then relocates when demand shifts. |
| Parking lots | Places DC fast charging at the bay with the highest turnover, with no trenching or transformer upgrade. |
| Service stations | Serves passing vehicles that need a fast top-up rather than an overnight charge. |
| Commercial sites | Supports fleet customers and visitor vehicles from one mobile unit. |
| Fleet emergency top-up | Bridges a missed depot charge so a vehicle can complete its route. |
| Temporary events | Provides DC charging for a defined period and leaves no infrastructure behind. |
| Stage | What happens on site |
|---|---|
| Step 1 - Position | Move the 840kg chassis to the charging bay; no cable trenching or fixed foundation is required. |
| Step 2 - Connect the vehicle | Select the matching connector from CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T or Tesla and plug the 7 metre cable into the vehicle. |
| Step 3 - Start the session | Choose constant power, constant energy or timed charging on the 7 inch touch screen and start the session. |
| Step 4 - Replenish the pack | Recharge from the DC charging input or the AC 380V input between demand periods. |
| Step 5 - Relocate | Move the unit to the next site when demand shifts; no civils to reverse and no cabling to recover. |

Before shipment, our engineering team reviews the site layout, the expected number of charging sessions per day and the available AC input, then recommends the power and capacity combination that matches the duty cycle. For OEM and ODM projects, enclosure branding, connector configuration, interface language and the OCPP backend connection are customized to the target market. After delivery, remote diagnostics and spare parts supply are handled through our overseas service channel, and warranty terms are confirmed in the sales contract.
Q: What is the difference between the rated and maximum output power?
A: The platform is rated at 60kW and delivers up to 80kW maximum output. The available power at any moment also depends on the vehicle's state of charge and its accepted charging curve.
Q: Can one unit serve vehicles with different connector standards?
A: Yes. The charging gun is available with CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T and Tesla connectors, so mixed fleets can be served from the same charger.
Q: What input does the unit need on site?
A: It can be replenished from a DC charging input or from an AC 380V supply. Because the energy is stored on board, the site does not need a dedicated high power grid connection.
Q: Which charging standards are supported?
A: The charging gun is available with CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO, GB/T and Tesla connectors, so the unit can serve mixed fleets on the same site.
Q: Does it need a fixed grid connection?
A: No. The unit carries a mobile energy storage battery, so it can charge vehicles from stored energy and be replenished later from an AC 380V input.
Q: How is the charger operated?
A: Through the 7 inch touch screen, with constant power, constant energy and timed charging modes, and OCPP1.6J for backend connection.
