55-inch advertising display · 10-inch driver touch screen · 200-1000V output · OCPP 1.6J · IP54
This 80kW advertising screen charger suits supermarket car parks, municipal depots and mixed commercial premises that need a media revenue layer on top of charging income. The 55-inch LCD panel carries scheduled brand and local business advertising, while the separate 10-inch touch screen keeps driver interaction clean during VIN, RFID, QR and APP activation.

The 55-inch advertising LCD plays programme advertising, brand campaigns and local business promotions under CMS scheduling. Advertising keeps running between charging sessions, so an idle bay still generates exposure, and operators can sell the position to nearby retail, restaurants and service businesses.
Driver interaction is handled on a dedicated 10-inch high brightness touch screen, with 1000 nit readability for direct sunlight. Charging start, energy tracking and settlement stay independent of media playback, so an advertising loop, a firmware refresh or a full screen creative never interrupts a session.
The platform scales across 60kW, 80kW, 120kW, 160kW, 180kW, 240kW, 320kW and 480kW ratings on the same cabinet architecture and the same CMS interface. A site can start with 80kW and raise capacity later without changing spare parts strategy, operator training or the back office integration.
The wide DC window serves 400V passenger cars, 800V high voltage models and light commercial vans on one unit. No voltage specific SKU is required, which simplifies spare unit pooling across a mixed regional fleet.
CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and GB/T guns share the same cabinet, rectifier stack and control board. Operators serving North American, European, Japanese and Chinese vehicles can standardise on one hardware platform and one parts inventory instead of four regional variants.
When two vehicles are connected, the controller distributes available power between the two guns according to each vehicle request. Both bays stay usable during peak hours instead of one vehicle taking the full stack, which raises bay turnover and revenue per square metre.
Four independent start paths cover consumer, fleet and membership models. VIN recognition suits corporate fleets that need automatic vehicle identification and exclusive billing rules, while QR and RFID keep unattended public sites simple for occasional drivers.
Native OCPP 1.6J interoperability connects the charger to third party CMS platforms for remote start and stop, tariff and billing rules, session logs and diagnostics. Ethernet, Wi-Fi and 4G are all onboard, so a site can run wired backhaul where available and cellular elsewhere.
The thermal design relies on air cooled power modules and an isolated airflow path. There is no pump, no coolant reservoir and no hose joint to leak, which cuts preventive maintenance visits, spare part cost and unplanned downtime at remote sites.
Certification documentation supports tender submission, customs clearance and local electrical inspection for European, North American and other regulated markets, shortening the path from purchase order to energised site.
The cabinet runs from arctic winter to desert summer and keeps dust and water spray out of the power compartment. Heating and derating logic protect the modules at both temperature extremes, so the unit stays serviceable in coastal, arid and northern deployments.
Each gun carries a 5-metre cable, enough to reach charging ports on the left, right or rear of the vehicle. Drivers spend less time repositioning, and the longer reach also covers vans and light trucks with rear mounted inlets.
Cabinet colour, logo printing, UI skin, language pack, advertising CMS workflow and charging logic can all be adapted to a network brand. Custom builds keep the same certification basis where the configuration stays within the approved envelope.
Short circuit, over temperature, over current, earth leakage, over voltage and under voltage protection are supervised independently. The protection chain isolates faults at module level, protecting both the vehicle battery and the charging hardware.
Municipal depots and supermarket car parks, retail forecourts, hotel and office parking, highway service zones and municipal depots. The advertising panel works hardest where dwell time or passing traffic is high, and the 80kW rating matches the local grid capacity without overbuilding the service connection.
