This advertising screen series charger is built for depots and yards that run without staff on site. The 55 inch digital signage panel carries operator noticeboards, charging rules, tariff tables and paid advertising, while the 10 inch touch screen handles driver interaction. Every session can start from QR code, RFID, card, VIN recognition, mobile APP or a CMS remote command, so a depot manager can release a charge from the office or let the driver self serve at night.
The cabinet carries two separate displays, and each one has a clear job on site.
| 55 inch LCD digital signage | Operator noticeboards, site rules and safety instructions for drivers entering the yard. |
|---|---|
| Tariff and steps | Live tariff tables and charging steps are shown before the driver plugs in, which reduces disputes at billing. |
| Advertising revenue | Paid campaigns and brand advertising add a media revenue line on top of the charging fee. |
| Content management | Playlists are uploaded and scheduled from the CMS, with no on site USB handling and no site visit. |
| 10 inch touch screen | Charging flow, session status, meter values and fault messages, with a high brightness panel readable in direct sunlight. |
| Step 1 | The vehicle arrives at the bay and the driver identifies the session by QR code, card, RFID, VIN recognition or mobile APP. |
|---|---|
| Step 2 | Alternatively the depot manager releases the session from the CMS, which suits night shifts and fixed vehicle rosters. |
| Step 3 | The charger runs the pre charge insulation check, closes the contactor and follows the vehicle request up to 250A. |
| Step 4 | Charging stops automatically on full charge, at the scheduled end time, or on any protection trip, and the record is pushed to the CMS. |
| Step 5 | Meter values, alarms and screen content are reviewed from the operator dashboard, so no attendant is needed on site. |
Logistics and distribution depots, bus and coach yards, taxi and ride hailing depots, corporate car parks, rental return bays and municipal service lots. Sites with fixed vehicle rosters and predictable dwell time gain the most from scheduled charging and screen based operator communication.
| Logistics depots | Overnight rotation with scheduled start and stop per vehicle, and session reports for the transport manager. |
|---|---|
| Bus and coach yards | Shift based charging windows with fleet card or RFID access control and automatic stop before the next duty. |
| Corporate and rental car parks | Driver self service through APP and QR code, with the tariff displayed on the 55 inch signage panel. |
| Municipal service lots | Public notices and service information carried on the signage panel while vehicles charge. |

Tell us the target country, grid voltage and CMS platform, and our engineering team will confirm the certified configuration before the order is released.
Can the charger run without a site attendant?
Yes. Sessions can be started from the CMS, from the mobile APP, by RFID, card, QR code or VIN recognition, and they stop automatically on full charge or at the scheduled end time.
Which vehicles can charge on this unit?
The DC gun is compatible with CCS1, CCS2, CHAdeMO and GB/T, and the DC200V-1000V output window covers both 400V and 800V vehicle platforms.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Minimum order quantity is 1 set, and delivery takes 15-25 working days after deposit, with a supply ability of 300 sets per month.
Can the signage screen run paid advertising?
Yes. Playlists are uploaded and scheduled from the CMS, so operator notices and paid campaigns can share the same 55 inch panel.
What protection is included?
Short circuit, over temperature, over current, earth leakage, over voltage and under voltage protection are included, together with insulation monitoring before each contactor close.
The same hardware family runs from 60kW to 480kW, so a depot can start with a 120kW unit and add power classes later without changing the spare parts kit or the operator workflow. Charging schedules, driver access rights and screen content are all managed from one CMS, which keeps night shifts and weekend operations running without a site attendant. Tell us your vehicle count, daily mileage and shift pattern, and we will confirm the power class and connector mix.
