The CLF-DC-240 is a 240kW dual gun DC fast charging station built for high-traffic commercial sites that need short turnaround time per vehicle. The cabinet delivers up to 240kW total output and distributes power between the two connectors dynamically, so one gun can run at full 250A while the second gun keeps a lower-priority vehicle topped up. Operators get high throughput from a single floor-mounted footprint of 756 x 706 x 1908mm.
Highway service areas, public car parks, fuel station forecourts, commercial plazas, taxi and ride-hailing depots, logistics and bus fleet yards. The floor-mounted cabinet is designed for outdoor installation with IP54 protection and an operating range of -40℃ to +60℃.

Because the same cabinet ships in 60kW to 480kW power classes, a site can start with 240kW and scale up later without changing spare parts, cable management or the operator workflow. For OEM and ODM projects, the front panel, gun branding, display skin and OCPP backend mapping can all be customised. Send us your site layout and daily vehicle count, and our team will return a power configuration proposal.
