44kW Dual Gun Floor Standing AC EV Charging Post

The highest capacity unit in the dual gun range: 64A total with a full 32A on each gun, so two vehicles charge in parallel instead of queueing. Mounted on a 300x1500x250mm pedestal with a 4.3 inch screen at reading height, it is built for highway service areas, logistics depots and commercial fleets, with OEM and ODM customization.

Parallel Charging Instead Of Queuing

64A Total, 32A On Each Gun

Two vehicles draw 32A simultaneously, so a service area post clears a pair of cars in the time a single gun unit needs for one. That is the difference between a queue at the exit and a steady turnover on peak weekends.

300x1500x250mm Pedestal

The 1500mm post puts the touch screen and both gun holsters at comfortable height, while the 250mm deep base keeps cable loops off the ground and protects connectors from being driven over.

VIN, RFID, QR And APP Start

Depot vehicles start automatically by VIN, pool cars use RFID, and visiting drivers scan a QR code or use the public APP. Every identity is recorded against the session for cost allocation.

OCPP1.6J Fleet Reporting

Energy per vehicle, per driver and per cost centre is pushed to the fleet or CPO platform, removing manual meter reads and spreadsheet reconciliation.

OEM And ODM Customization

Front panel branding, enclosure colour, socket standard, interface language, boot logo and default firmware are all configurable for distributors, operators and tenders.

Site Planning For Service Areas And Depots

Foundation: cast concrete pad or existing slab able to take the pedestal plus cable pull; anchor template supplied for drilling.
Clearance: allow 900mm in front of the screen and 600mm behind for service access, with wheel stops to protect the post.
Supply: three phase feed per group with breaker and earth leakage protection at the distribution board, sized by our engineers from your bay count.
Commissioning: Bluetooth setup, OCPP1.6J endpoint, VIN whitelist and tariff table, then a load test on both guns.
Optional: cable management arm, bay signage and OEM front panel artwork.
