600A Liquid Cooled Terminal

Product Description
480kW / 720kW Flexible Shared Charging Stack with 600A Liquid Cooled Terminal

A charging stack that grows with the site. The 480kW / 720kW power pool converts a fixed transformer capacity into a flexible resource: 40kW SiC modules feed a shared DC bus, and the energy management system routes power to whichever vehicle needs it. Paired with 600A liquid cooled terminals and 2015 / Chaoji connectors, the station is ready for both today's vehicles and the next generation of ultra-fast models.

Key Features
  • 480kW to 720kW power pool: start with the transformer capacity you have and expand module by module as traffic grows.
  • Up to 8 charging guns: several vehicles charge at the same time from one cabinet instead of one charger per bay.
  • 600kW single gun maximum: ultra-fast top-ups deliver roughly 200km of range in about 3 minutes on capable vehicles.
  • 40kW SiC modules: silicon carbide power stages reach 97 percent or higher peak efficiency and cut conversion losses at partial load.
  • 40kW allocation granularity: power is released in 40kW steps, so no vehicle holds capacity it cannot use.
  • Power factor 0.99 or higher: low harmonic impact on the site transformer, reducing upgrade cost.
  • 600A liquid cooled terminal: sealed coolant loop keeps cable and connector temperatures low during sustained 600kW sessions.
  • 2015 and Chaoji compatible: supports current GB/T vehicles and the new Chaoji ultra-fast standard in one terminal family.
  • IP54 cabinet, -30°C to 85°C: handles dust, rain, heat and cold, with automatic derating at high ambient temperature.
  • Flexible connectivity: RFID card, GPRS, RS485, CA and Ethernet links with OCPP 1.6 for back-office integration.
  • 5M / 10M cable options: reach charge ports on trucks and buses without mechanical strain.
  • Altitude 2000m and 5%-95% humidity: rated for highland sites and humid coastal conditions without condensation.

How Power Pool Sharing Works
  • Shared DC bus: all 40kW modules feed one bus, so capacity follows demand instead of sitting idle behind a dedicated gun.
  • Dynamic dispatch: the controller assigns 40kW blocks to active sessions, prioritising vehicles with high state of charge acceptance.
  • Peak management: total site draw can be capped to the transformer rating while all bays stay available.
  • Expansion without downtime: additional modules or terminals are added to the same cabinet as traffic increases.
Safety and Protection
  • Short circuit and overcurrent protection on every output branch.
  • Earth leakage monitoring on AC input and DC output circuits.
  • Emergency stop buttons at the cabinet and each terminal.
  • PC flame retardant housing and insulated busbar compartment.
  • Liquid cooling loop monitoring with leak, pressure and temperature alarms.
  • High temperature derating and automatic shutdown to protect modules and cables.
Typical Applications
  • Fleet charging hubs and logistics depots
  • Highway super charging plazas
  • Bus depots and taxi ranks
  • Commercial parks and large public parking facilities
