Specially engineered for EV charging cabinet manufacturers and system integrators, this 60kW power converter converts three-phase alternating current into regulated direct current to charge electric vehicle batteries. Adopting mature high-frequency power conversion architecture, the unit features high power density while keeping a small footprint. The double-sided encapsulation treatment offers reliable environmental protection, making it fit for outdoor charging stations exposed to complex weather. It supports hot swapping during maintenance, paired with built-in anti-backfeed and discharge circuits to eliminate potential electrical risks. With zero standby power draw, it effectively reduces idle power loss for the whole charging cabinet. The integrated LED panel allows technicians to check voltage, current, group ID, protocol information and fault codes directly without extra controllers. It supports both automatic address recognition and manual configuration, simplifying system grouping when assembling multi-module charging cabinets. The constant power function automatically shifts between two voltage sections, adapting to diverse passenger cars, commercial vehicles and heavy-duty EV battery specifications.

Q: What is your standard turnaround for orders? A: In-stock goods can be shipped quickly. For non-stock products, production time depends on order volume. High-power customized charging equipment needs technical confirmation before scheduling production.
Q: How long will prototype development take? A: Standard charging pile prototypes take roughly 7 working days. Ordinary DC charger prototypes take around 15 working days. Custom high-power fast charging systems require about 30 working days after technical specifications are finalized.
Q: What after-sales packages can you provide? A: We separate service plans for domestic residential use and commercial operation scenarios. Home chargers come with a 12-month warranty, remote guidance and installation video resources. For commercial station operators, we can support payment system docking besides standard warranty services.
Q: How do you control product quality? A: Our charging products comply with China GB standards and EU CE certification. We are actively applying for other regional certifications to satisfy different overseas market entry rules.
