Module Protection Functions

The charging module is equipped with short-circuit protection, input over/under-voltage protection, PFC bus overvoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, output undervoltage warning, over-temperature protection, phase loss protection, fan fault protection, fan control, etc

Communication Capabilities

This module features a CAN BUS interface that communicates with the backend monitoring software, exchanging data including status indicators, control signals, and measurement readings.

In automatic mode, it fully executes control commands from the monitoring system. In manual mode, control commands are ignored, but the module continues to collect and report operational data.

Input Zero Power Consumption Function

The module is equipped with a relay at its internal input terminal. When the charging module is not in operation, zero power consumption can be achieved via control signals issued by the monitoring system. The control signal requirements are as follows:

1. Before powering on the module, the monitoring system must send a control signal to close the relay, ensuring AC power supply to the module.
2. When the module is idle, the monitoring system sends a control signal to open the relay, achieving zero power consumption for the module.
3. The monitoring system shall provide a 12V/1A pulse control signal with a duration of approximately 200ms (±50ms) (continuous ±12V is also acceptable), as shown in the figure below.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?

For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
