Modules support automatic high/low voltage switching with a 500V threshold. No shutdown command from the monitor is required; the module independently completes the high/low voltage switching based on the voltage parameters set by the monitor.

* For fully potted modules: at output voltages of 500V-670V, the output power will have a 0-10kW derating when the temperature ranges from 40°C to 55°C; at output voltages of 150-300V, the current will linearly derate to 110A when the temperature ranges from 45°C to 55°C.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.

Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?

For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.

For home chargers, we provide standardized service: 1 year warranty + remote installation and usage guidance + video installation tutorial
