Module Introduction
Our module is an ultra-wide constant power charging module. It is designed for electric vehicle DC charging systems, with high power density, high efficiency, wide output voltage range and complete protection functions, and is suitable for various DC charging pile application scenarios.
The charging module consists of a three-phase active PFC stage, a DC/DC converter, an auxiliary power supply, as well as input/output detection and protection circuits. The CAN bus enables communication between the rectifier module and the control module, and realizes current sharing among multiple rectifier modules.

For charging posts, it is usually 3-10 days. If there is no stock, the production lead time is determined according to the order quantity. High-power DC charging posts usually need to be customized according to the customer's technical parameters.
Q: How long does it take to customize the prototype?
For charging piles, the prototype time is usually 7 days.
For DC charging post, the prototype time is usually 15 days.
For high power fast charging station, the technical parameters need to be determined before production, and the prototype time is usually 30 days.
